We were engaged to design a Target Operating Model (TOM) for the medium sized Financial Institution, in support of their “common and shared” strategy and to reduce overall IT costs.
Innovae Solutions worked closely with the IT leadership group to understand the current IT landscape (in terms of staff, budgets, suppliers, issues etc.), determine the TOM options, agree a preferred future operating model design, and agree the way forward.
As part of this project we also defined how the “vendor management” part of the IT organisation should be established. The IT TOM has helped this leading retailer achieve its vision, including the definition of an IT sourcing strategy.
